A man's body was found Saturday in a frozen pond in Edgewater after a woman noticed shoes at the scene, Anne Arundel County police said.

Another station is reporting that the woman contacted 911 after seeing two holes, not two shoes. I wonder if he was 'under the influence' in any way, as his shoes were off? Prayers to the family...

The body has been identified as Justin Paul Raddie aged 28. He is the son of Madonna Brennan a prominent member of the Democratic party in that area.
