What is wrong with people? I say we gather up all the people who abuse children and make them live in one area, together, away from society. Put them on an island somewhere and let them fend for themselves. If a culture is judged on how it treats animals, children and the elderly, we don't have room for people like this IMO!

Well, if she does have osteogenesis imperfecta, it would be pretty easy to determine with a collagen or DNA test.

Though it appears that the case has NOT been thrown out. Nor has the baby been genetic tested yet...huh????

The judge has just given permission for a doctor hired by the defence to examine the child without the hurdle of first consulting with a doctor already involved in the case. So hopefully that doctor will finally be allowed to do a DNA test on the girl.
