Ok, this is heartwarming-A Navy Chaplain who was also a Catholic priest raped a midshipman and had unprotected sex with a member of the Air Force even though he knew he was HIV positive. He received 2 years!!!!!!!! 2 years for RAPE, not to mention attempted murder....(IMO) Yikes.
