These cases make me sick. When you were a child, could you have imagined that a parent could kill their child? I couldn't. But all of the children in the local community who have heard about this now know it's a possiblility. If mom or dad is angry about something, the range of responses in a child's mind expands from yelling, a spanking, or some other punishment to murder. I'm sad that their innocence has been taken away.
