A homicide investigation is underway after Pava LaPere, the 26-year-old CEO of a Baltimore technology company, was found dead at a Mount Vernon apartment building Monday morning, police said.

Not at all victim-blaming, it’s just another crummy reminder we can’t be ourselves on social media with identifying details. Exhausting monitoring every aspect. Wonder who all had access to this top floor.

Not to freak everybody out, but it's extremely easy to find anyone's home address in under two minutes with just your first and last name unless you've manually gone through and requested to have your info removed from individual websites.

It's far more likely she was murdered by someone she knew than a random person who learned where she lived on tiktok.
