Fred Lewis Dosik, 79, of Damascus has been showing signs of dementia and can get confused, a family member told police after he left home Friday and did not return. He was last seen at his residence on Brigadier Place around 7 a.m. on Jan. 3, and his roommate told authorities he does not usually leave for that amount of time without saying where he is going. Dosik does not drive. He has gray hair and brown eyes is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and 175 pounds. When last seen, he was wearing a green jacket with khaki pants and a tan knit cap referencing Canada.
