The Baltimore Police Department needs your help locating 89 year-old Henry James.
Mr. Henry James was last seen on January 23, 2018, in the 4100 block of Maine Avenue at about 12:00 p.m.
Family and friends are concerned about Mr. James well-being.
Mr. Henry James is five-feet, three inches tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. Mr. James was last seen wearing a dark colored jacket .
