Police are looking for a missing 22-year-old man who was last seen at his home on Logwood Street.

Police said Herman Tutt Jr. left his home in the 900 block of Logwood Street on Feb. 15 and did not return. He was last seen driving a beige 1997 Buick four-door sedan with a Maryland tag 7CAL10.

Tutt is a black man, 6 feet 5 inches tall and weighing about 177 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a baseball cap.

Police said Tutt is currently under a doctor’s care and is in need of his medication.

Police have found the body of a 27-year-old man who was reported missing on Feb. 17.

Officers found Herman Tutt Jr. on Tuesday at about 4 p.m. in the 4100 block of Warner Avenue. Tutt had gunshot wounds to the upper body and was pronounced dead at the scene.

She emphasized his affinity for working with animals and his desire to be a veterinarian. Herman Tutt was murdered in 2008 and the assailants are still at large.
