Missing Adult: Isaiah Caldwell, African American Male, 21yo, 6'0" with a slim build, brown eyes, longer hair and gold fronts on his teeth.

Family members are concerned for Isaiah Caldwell’s welfare and have reported him missing. There are factors which make Isaiah Caldwell a critically missing person.

Mr. Caldwell was last seen on 09/06 at 12:15 p.m. in the 700 block of Newtowne Drive. Mr. Caldwell may be in Baltimore.

There is very limited information on the internet regarding Isaiah's disappearance from possibly the Annapolis area. I hope we start seeing more news coverage. There is not a lot that can be gleaned since he was last seen in broad daylight, no mention of him being in distress, though it is said he is critically missing, without explaining more. He must have some ties to Baltimore in addition to Annapolis. He looks young and innocent, hopefully he is street smart too!!

It reminds me of Dashad who disappeared from Charlottesville, Va., last seen at the downtown bus depot iirc. There has also been at least 1 recent strange disappearance and imo possible staged suicide in Northern Va. after a rock concert in D.C.. That was related to a different young man, earlier this summer. There was also a woman who I feel may have been the victim of this person as well. That could be way off base, and I won't say her name either but she was found in a remote parking trail area in a favorite hiking location apparently a victim of suicide. I think it may have been staged. Police in Va. are over worked with all the disappearances, etc. Apparently RAT, JM etc. are not the only predators trolling the roads there. Those two are locked up. Yet disappearances & strange inexplicable suicides etc. continue unabated for years and years. Staging is not rocket science. There are smart deviants getting away with murder. Maryland and Virginia are very close to one another. There is a high probability that the numerous disappearances and Jane Does in Maryland are connected to things in Va. and vice versa. My opinion only.

Hopefully Isaiah's family is speaking to the news channels to get some more coverage and more eyes watching out for him.

I believer there is a predator of young men who operates in Maryland and Virginia. He finds vulnerable loners. Our law enforcement can stop this person(s). It was great when they arrested Hannah Graham's and Morgan Harrington's killer, JM!! Hats off to the investigators and other staff that worked day and night to piece it all together, apprehend him and make Virginia a safer place!! I hope those same stellar folks can figure out who some of the other abductors are, zero in on them and put them away!
