PARKVILLE, MD — Authorities are asking for help finding a man who has been missing from Parkville since April. His family reported him missing in November after they had been unable to get in touch with him. His ex-wife is also missing.

James Patrick Thompson, 35, has his lip and eyebrow pierced, according to police, who said he usually wears hoops in them. Thompson is described as 5-feet-10-inches tall and 180 pounds. He has blue eyes and close-cut blond hair or a shaved head, officials said.

He is known to frequent the area of Elrino Street in Baltimore City, has previously stayed in motels along the Route 40 corridor, and may be in the company of his ex-wife, Heather, whom police have also not been able to locate.

Anyone who may have information on his well-being or whereabouts is asked to contact police at 410-307-2020. The Baltimore County Police Homicide/Missing Persons Unit continues to investigate this case.

*sorry for the unusual title but I can't find Heather's last name or anything saying a missing report was filed for her. Hopefully, we can edit it later if she is located or further identified.

Do I understand correctly that he has been missing since April and his family reported him missing in November? The article mentions ex-wife but they only got married on March 24th, 2017. There is no divorce filing by either of them in Maryland.

This does appear to be him:

Middle name, height, weight (off by 10 lb.), and age all match.

It appears he was arrested on 4/27/2017 stemming from a burglary charge from Nov., 2016.

He pleaded guilty on 1/25/2017 and was placed on one-year supervised probation.

A failure to appear warrant was issued on 4/27/2017 -perhaps he missed an appointment with his probation officer ... purely speculative-; it was then he disappeared (“was last seen in April of 2017” per the second article posted upthread), IMO.

Looking at the Case Information, it doesn’t appear he has been located yet.
