Death Of Woman Whose Body Was Found Downtown Now Ruled A Homicide

The death of a woman whose body was discovered Wednesday on an access road behind Power Plant Live in downtown Baltimore has been ruled a homicide, police said Friday.

The medical examiner who made the ruling found Jessica Gibson, 35, of no fixed address, had suffered trauma to her body, police said.
Gibson was found behind large pallets on the access road between Baltimore and Lombard streets about 9 a.m. Wednesday.

Police have released a video of a man they believe may have been “the last person to see Ms. Gibson alive,” and are seeking help identifying him.

BALTIMORE, Md. - Officers in Baltimore are seeking to identify a man who may have information surrounding the death of a woman on Wednesday.

Around 9:00 a.m. police said they found 35-year-old Jessica Gibson behind some large pallets, unconscious by East Coast Greenway, an ally that parallels President Street in between Baltimore Street and Lombard Street.
