Police say David Rich Hang, 42, step-father of Jessica Nyguen,was arrested Tuesday on the strength of an arrest warrant for first degree murder.

David Rich Hang arrested for killing Jessica Nguyen, DNA found

During a press conference Wednesday, police said they have DNA evidence linking Hang to the crime. The DNA was found on a sheaf for a knife found at the scene of the killing.

Police also said his shoe size fits a boot print found at the scene.

Was this all just to get back at the mom for divorcing him? UGH..

The jury previously convicted David Hang, 42, of first-degree murder in the slaying Jessica Nguyen...

"Now she is punished by her daughter's death. It serves her right,” Hang was recorded saying during a jailhouse phone call... When Hang fell in love with another woman, he became furious that he couldn't get a divorce.
