Kithinji Lee Kinoti, 32, of North Bethesda, has also been missing for two weeks. He was last seen in the 100 block of Halpine Road in Rockville around 12:50 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 22, and was wearing a black ball cap with black hooded jacket. Kinoti, who lives on Strathmore Hall Street, is about 5 feet 6 inches tall and 150 pounds.
