Lol... I guess my terminology wasn't too far off...

A broken bone in a child is different from one in an adult, because young bones are more flexible and have a thicker covering, which makes them better able to absorb shock. Children’s fractures rarely require surgical repair. They usually just need to be kept free of movement, most often through the use of a molded cast.

Children And Broken Bones

The thighbone (femur) is the largest and strongest bone in the body. It can break when a child experiences a sudden forceful impact.

I was thinking the same thing. A femur? It is hard to break one on anyone's body. A lot of force would be needed, unless the subject has something wrong with their bone density, don't you think so? And a child's bones would be even more so, because they are almost flexible. Obviously, I don't know the technical/medical terms.
Yes, babies bones are very pliable at that age so it is concerning to me too. If help was called so shortly after, he walks with a limp, & he still hasn't been found....idk. In my opinion, a missing front tooth at 4, a fractured femur at a young age... I mean the femur is the largest & most strongest bone in the body. It would certainly require some force to break. Fracturing a femur would require an intervention like a cast or surgery, along with an after care plan like therapy etc.

When there’s a reported size that seems grossly inaccurate for a child’s age, I get suspicious. 30” tall & 40lbs at 4 years old? That’s the height of typical a 12-18 month old child and would be an extremely short, chubby 4 year old. From his pic, he doesn’t appear to be overweight.

This is always a concern to me, like the child isn’t getting well child checkups with their pediatrician. I am not sure how parents don’t have a more accurate guess on their kids’ weigh and height otherwise.
