WINDSOR MILL, Md. —
Baltimore County police are asking for the public's help to find a man missing from the Windsor Mill area.

Michael Hayes, 23, was last seen on Sept. 9 at the intersection of Liberty and Rolling roads.

Hayes is about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white coat and blue jeans.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 410-307-2020.
