47-year-old, Windell Cherry, 5'8, 200lbs, blue jeans, last seen 9/2/21 at 10:30am in the 7200 blk of Fairbrook Rd in Windsor Mill. Cherry is non verbal and may present child like behavior. If seen/ have info call 911 or 410-307-2020. Please Share.

CRITICALLY MISSING | 47-year-old non-verbal Baltimore County man

Mr. Cherry has been missing before, last year (thankfully he was found safe that time). I wonder where he was found or who he was with then since humans are all creatures of habit. Without knowing specifics it’s hard to say if his cognitive impairment may make him more or less predictable. Hoping this gentleman returns safely once again.
