The Summit County Sheriff’s Office issued an alert about Kaven around 5:20 a.m. Monday.

Kaven Fisher is:

- Autistic & Non-Verbal
- 55 pounds
- 43 inches tall
- Black hair and brown eyes
- Last seen wearing a blue shirt and red shorts with a baseball pattern.

Kaven Fiaher was last seen at home around 8:30 p.m. Sunday in the area of Killinger and Christman roads in Green. His parents notified police after finding an exterior door was open and realizing the boy was gone.

“There’s a sense of emergency here because the child is in shorts with no shoes and has a short-sleeved shirt," Holland says. "It was 38 degrees when he went missing, so that’s a concern – especially now that we’ve got several hours that have passed. We’re now circling back and regrouping and reorganizing our search patterns.”

Authorities said 2-year-old Kaven Fisher, who has autism, was put to bed by his parents around 9 p.m. Sunday night. His parents went into his bedroom to check on him around 1:30 a.m., and the boy was gone from his bed and a door to the house was found open.

Thanks for providing that link...that's an informative video.

I note the presence of a large body of water in the background of the video....reservoir, I think the reporter said? Officer Holland, the LEO being interviewed, stated the house is about a 1/2 mile down the road from the interview location.

Water.

Hate, hate, hate seeing water in cases involving autistic children.

Hope they find this little boy safe, sound, and soon.

Summit County Sheriff’s Office searching for missing 2-year-old boy in Green

GREEN, Ohio -- The Summit County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing toddler who is non-verbal and on the autism spectrum.

UPDATE: The boy was found safe Monday morning sleeping inside a car in a neighbor’s garage, according to the Summit County Sheriff’s Office.
