I am heartbroken here. Know this family well and is very close to where I live. When I first heard he was missing I told my husband, I bet he's going toward water. But I honestly thought they'd find him alive. So many kids go "missing", but then are found unharmed. I thought of the little boy with the bear who went missing a few year ago. I prayed hard he would be found like this, and have a story (although he couldn't talk, he was communicative).

Please pray for this family, this will be a hurt that aches deeply. I know I feel it ;(

I am reading he was found on the family's property, is that correct? I do see that there seems to be a pond on the edge. Such a shame.

Yes, found on his grandparents' farm...there was a small pond. Tonight, our area is having a prayer service in support of his family.

Those so inclined, please pray as well.

An article from our local news about the gathering last night to support the Raber family. Little "Waldy" was nicknamed this by his grandfather who owns a local metal company. The family decided to start a (very popular) ice cream truck called "Waldy's Ice Cream". This was where last night prayer vigil took place.

Every time I see that an autistic person, especially a child, has been found deceased or even worse missing for eons and eons, it breaks my heart, and makes my eyes sweat.

Praying for his friends and his family.
