His family spoke to 7News and said they are "very concerned" and are "praying for a miracle."

They said Neil went to Great Falls to commemorate a friend that recently passed. He was supposed to fly to Florida two days later.

They did not know he had gone to great falls. Thats why it took a week to report his car had been abandoned there.

Nearly two months after he was reported missing in Great Falls Park, a man has been identified as the body found along the Potomac River earlier this month.

The body was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner and was confirmed to be Bernstein, the department announced on Wednesday, April 12.

Police have not released any information regarding a possible suspect or motive behind Bernstein's death.
