BALTIMORE (WBFF)-- The Baltimore Police Department needs your help locating 65 year-old Nelson Utley.

Nelson Utley was last seen on February 21, 2018, in the 1000 block of Hillman Street.

Family and friends are concerned about Nelson Utley’s well-being.
Nelson Utley is five-feet, seven-inches tall and weighs approximately 206 pounds. Mr. Utley’s clothing description is not known.
