We are deploying resources throughout the city to ensure residents are safe. Despite our efforts, criminals continue to assault officers.

This uncivilized anarchy will grow worse and eventually police will have to fire upon these "criminals" in order to protect their own lives and lives of others. This is like watching a train wreck in slow motion. The mayor's slow response in calling the governor for help might prove to be too little too late.

I am getting upset. "Police are not doing enough" What are they supposed to do? It is like trying to fight a fully engulfed housefire with a garden hose. It won't work and is a danger. If you think this bad, this is just the provocation! If they fight back right now the shooting starts! They are choosing life over loss of property. And I am talking a lot of lives!
