Me too. I feel like this is gang violence wholly unrelated to anything else. This is anarchy, not civil rights protesting, and I really hope media remembers that and doesn't try to correlate the two!

Today, at my place of work, we spent hours cleaning up the effects of vandalism, including some murdered animals. I just can't. I cried all day over those slaughtered animals.

If you want to protest, make it matter. Make it BETTER than the behaviour you are protesting.

Actually when I heard the one pastor on the news say they would go down there, I was scared for him. Maybe he thought better of it or is got a threat to not go ? Perhaps they are somewhere just not on the same street that the savages are running wild on.

I see your point, but apparently, WS sees the trend of using that word in a racist or inflammatory way and has decided it is censored and I quite agree with that assessment.

Bring in the OLD LADIES who have some sense and aren't hung up on positioning for power. Bring in the grandmothers of police officers, of peaceful protesters, of people who who have been harmed by LE, of crime victims, of looters, of gang members, of business owners. Bring in the old ladies and let them figure out peace. Stay out of their way, and and then DO WHAT THE GRANDMAS SAY.

Thank you, but it is unlikely. The security video is grainy and the perps look to be of middle school age. Laws protecting minors may make it difficult to ask for public id help from stills of the video.

But it worries me that there are children out there who have no problem killing helpless animals.

Sorry for the OT. I just see the difference between a peaceful demonstration intended to voice outrage at injustice and sheer meaness and hate. What do these folks think they are accomplishing here?
