Thank you for summarizing everything. This has stood out to me for quite some time and I've posted previously that it seems as if he is going over and beyond the call of duty here - as if going overboard to make sure everything is okay. Like someone caught in a lie so they start sounding guilty and saying more than needs to be said: she's out of the shower, she's on the computer, she's taking a nap, she's going to get something to eat.

If he had been over there moving and completely innocent in this, I believe MJ and PB would have basically kept to themselves that day - doing their own thing and ignoring the other.

ONLY way PB not gonna grab that phone, is if somebody took it. imo. First thing mean men wanna do is GRAB a females phone. Mean men are mean.

Given what we know about PB, I am thinking the following: PB was a social, bubbly, positive, talkative person. She seems to view everyone as good and likes everyone, and brings everyone into her "inner" circle. She has knows MJ since she got in touch with DB 18 mos. ago. He would be like a brother in law. If MJ was at the apt, my bet is that she would be talking to him and chatting up a storm about things. PB viewed him as okay.

Unless of course he was the one who hit on her. But I don't think he was.

There is part of me that doesn't think he had anything to do with PB's disappearance, and was at the wrong place at the wrong time. In some ways, he makes too easy and convenient of a POI. It bothers me.

So what we have is, someone (at) the apt tried to make advances at PB, to the point that it made PB feel uncomfortable.

MJ began, or had already started moving out his belongings from the apt.

MJ did not come over on one particular day before PB came up missing.

LBC spends the night (it was also stated that someone may have been living there) as well as MJ (at) the time MJ was still living at apt. I say MJ was still living there if his belongings were still there and I think he probably still had (a) key. Even if he got an extra made or something.

MJ comes to pick up LBC in the morning. Leaves whatever time.

MJ returns within an hour or so. PB is getting out of the shower.

MJ, I thought he mentioned that while PB was on FB, PB was (sitting on the couch) when he sees a blue/white screen on the laptop. Perhaps someone here can confirm that.

MJ says that PB also began communicating on the phone with DB and I guess KB as well; shortly after getting on the laptop/comp. And PB also was whipping her hair up as if she was going somewhere.

MJ did say at one point and time, when he was located in another area of the apt or some where close enough, he heard PB tell one of her sisters, "yeah, he here, he doing laundry".

MJ said he and PB even spoke some about x-mas and other things
But before 1pm, PB's sisters lost contact with PB.

MJ states that between 1-1:30pm PB was right back on the couch sleep and mumbled (she was going to get something to eat in a while) not quoted.

I think MJ went back to the apt at 4:50pm because he knew KB got off at 1:30-ish. So if KB stopped by and saw MJ acting normal, he could easily say, "what, PB not with you KB? I haven't seen PB since 1:30". But being that KB allegedly didn't show up, it put that time frame in the clear for MJ.

Only 2 people were running in and out the apt that day was MJ and LBC.

If PB rushed out the apt in FEAR with no one behind her, she would get on the phone right away to call her family and plead for help. Poor reception is not an excuse for inside the apt when everyone was accustomed to how things work in there. No one had issues with their phones that morning. No one complained about poor reception.

MJ used laundry for a distraction or reason for being there, along with moving some of his personal belongings. That's the only 2 ways he could have gotten PB out that apt or either he may have pulled out a mean nasty gun.

So, why is MJ's name mentioned so often. The center of this very day and...he leads the show on that day.

In the Find Pb posts, MJ indicated he saw the white and blue screen of FB up, while PB was on the computer at the couch.

The only mention of the 5:00 text about PB being up and active was from JS, and she said that is what DB passed on. So it is hearsay at best, and mass confusion at worst.

That could be true. Debbie Narvaez ex-companion should have known he would be caught too. I'd love to know if MJ has domestic issues in his past. There are different type of mean men but most mean men can get agitated quickly, depending on the situation. Some mean men will come across as VERY pleasant but behind closed door. If no one will admit to anything, LE has to try to find a way, but what can they do? They've said they have no physical evidence; maybe something will come back from a vehicle? I think they said last night that they have not analyzed all of the forensics yet?

I can't stand to think this case will become one like Brittanee Drexel, her family just waiting and waiting...months turning into a year or more...and still no sign. The search today turned up nothing of use.

I'd like to know the time PB allegedly found this photo of MJ in comparison to the last communication via text with PB. I really believe MJ was angered about possible being caught cheating. MJ strikes me as a player and the type of guy who had a committed relationship but played on the side. If PB discovered this and provided proof to DB this could have angered MJ greatly. Especially if MJ had always been able to finagle his way out of suspicions of his cheating.

Most times, you'll find that there are DV issues of the past. People with anger issues lose there temper, black out for a minute and when they snap back to reality, it's too late. They find themselves having to RUSH and clean up their mess. Not always thinking clearly (panicked). They also turn around and find reasons to blame (the person) they have harmed. If you pay close enough attention to them, they blame everyone else for their issues and what they KNOW they have done wrong. They are compulsive liars as well. They will lie on a person, while the person is standing right there. Most times, these type of people drink often and indulge in drugs. They like to be in control at all times. Sometimes at all cost. They attempt to intimidate people and can come across as bullies at times. Yet, they can come off as a really kind person until you get to really know them. Sometimes they will get busted doing something wrong and they will still deny it. Crazy!!

I wish I had been copying things. I can't find the reference to fishing anymore. And it is a real pain going back through Twitter. Some people post 20 or 30 times a DAY to their Twitters. Phew.
So, I can't verify who was fishing that day, even for my own records. I may try again tomorrow when I have new light.

Thinking about how MJ works at nights... That morning would have been his late afternoon/evening. I'd hazard a guess he was smoking, and it is possible he shared with PB. That could account for her falling back asleep?? Especially if he was sharing the weed laced with something else that he supposedly made that day, that I found referenced ON the 28th on a relative's page.

A little card op laundry info. I'm at my friends who has a card op and she tells me there is nothing on the card to identify the card owner. So if lost anyone can use it. hth in relation to some of the card op info we discussed in an earlier thread.

A little card op laundry info. I'm at my friends who has a card op and she tells me there is nothing on the card to identify the card owner. So if lost anyone can use it. hth in relation to some of the card op info we discussed in an earlier thread.

I must have overlooked that discussion. We have the same card here in our condo building. There's no identifying info on them at all. When you first get it from the front office, they just reach into a box and hand you one. You then refill it via a vending-type machine with cash only (at least our machine is cash only). So even that isn't traceable.

My friend that I visted is AA also. I asked her about the hair, showed her Phylicia's picture and she said it doesn't really take that long. She does her own hair everyday. Says most woman will get a relaxer and use a warm, not hot straightening iron. She mentioned all she does for her daily routine is blow dry and uses the warm straightening iron. Also, the set up she has in the bathroom where she gets ready (this is a 1 br 1 bath) she has two mirrors. One above the sink, the other on the wall next to the sink. It's a set up where it is very easy to see the back of your hair so depending on what set up DB had in her bath, it might not have taken that long. My friends hair style is similiar to PB's but about shoulder length.

BALTIMORE - The season for the Charm City Roller Girls opens this weekend at the Du Burns Arena in Canton, but Saturday night they will be skating for Phylicia Barnes.

"We were hoping to help them and their family in anyway possible and helping Phylicia come back to her family."

Emily Agueda is with the club and decided to set up a donation table for this weekend's opener.

Two of Phylicia Barnes' cousins are also on the team. For the Charm City Rollers...it is all in the family.

This case is frustrating because the one person with the answers has lawyered up and won't share what he knows about PB's disappearance. :banghead: The question remains did he get any assistance with where he put PB or not, and if so are any of those persons gonna do the right thing speak up? Speak up, collect the reward or risk being charged with something along the lines of obstruction of justice or even accesory to murder.

I wish MJ would just say where he put her!
