I have always wondered if anyone really spoke to her on the phone that day...for some reason, I didn't think they had. Was she even alive that morning??

Cubby when they mention the items that she took with her (which I am still trying to figure out how they know) they said that she took these items the purse, coat, her new slippers, phone, and others, but left the emergency card. This to me is a sign that she was going out to get something to eat (most likely a drive-thru) and returning shortly. I don't think that MJ and the POI's gathered these items up just to make it look like she was not forced out. I really believe that she went willingly thinking that she would return shortly.

Question, where do you think PB kept the emergency credit card????

No one saw PB leave the apartment. She was not seen on survellience video from the businesses in the immediate area.

What she left with would be determined by what she was known to have brought with her to B'mor or purchased in B'mor and what was not found in the apartment by family and told to LE. In other words DB knew the boots, coat, purse and which clothing was not found in the apartment. But it is no indication of WHO removed those items.

My guess is the person responsible for her disappearance was not aware of the emergency credit card, or could not find it within the apartment to remove it. Hence it was found left behind by DB/family.

So now if neither KB or DB spoke with her, how was PB communicating with DB about the pics on FB? Someone was, right? I don't think MJ would have faked all of that... would he? :waitasec:

Exactly. My current understanding is all the communication was by text.

LE should be able to get records of the text messages. Do texts ping like calls do? A forensic expert in writing or communications could determine if the texts were in fact from PB. I tend to believe they were. LE knows what the conversations entailed and if there were really plans with KB for the afternoon and what those plans were.

LE can recover any texts MJ might have attempted to delete from either his or PB's phone - if he removed any.

I don't buy that there were no cell chargers around. MJ did something in which he had to tell DB and KB WHY he could not be reached by phone and he had to come up with a reason to keep KB away and not follow through with their afternoon plans.

My theory is MJ drugged PB with the intention of raping her. Perhaps the three of them ( MJ LB and C) planned to have at her. He lured her out of the apartment under the pretense they were getting something to eat and he probably raped and murdered her outside somewhere or in another property; a vacant residence or warehouse he knew of and had access too. Then murdered her in order to avoid a rape charge.

Oddly, it has been mentioned DB and PB looked like twins. DB started dating MJ when she was about the same age as PB when she 'disappeared'. Perhaps she strongly resembled DB at 17 and MJ took out his aggression/rage on PB who so resembled the woman he just spent 10 years of his life with when they first fell in love.

Interesting. Half sister KB posted a comment on the peasintheirpod children FB page that no, she nor her sister DB verbally spoke with PB after DB left for work in the morning.

So why were we led to believe someone verbally spoke to PB the day she went missing?
Did DB really talk to her before she left for work?
Was PB really texting her half sisters that morning or was someone posing as PB?
Why wasn't KB alarmed when NO ONE could verbally reach PB?

This kind of puts us back at square one imo. And it greatly increases the timeline. Let's say from the time DB left for work at what 8am? to the wee hours of the morning MJ finally showed back up at the apartment. That's what at least 16 hours possibly 20 hours. So that gives MJ and his crew what 8-10 hours drive away and back? The Shell game with the timeline and events that occured that day is way out of hand imo.

I will also add, imo much of what DB and KB released was FED TO THEM BY THE LAST PERSON TO SEE PB ALIVE. No wonder everyone is confused.

It is TIME For LE to release some additional facts. Clarify fact from fiction. Put a halt to the rumors floating around. Enough! Phylicia and her mother deserve no less. It's time to lay it all out the good, the bad, and the ugly - so Phylicia can be found and brought back home to her mother!

I hope Phylicia's mother is considering a wrongful death suit against MJ and his cousin and little brother. The process in civil court isn't as difficult as in criminal court and can lead to opening doors to help solve this in a criminal case. Enough is enough. Too much pussy footing around here imo. Time to shake things up! and YES I AM MAD! I am MAD AS HELL a beautiful young woman with a bright future had that stolen from her. It is TIME FOR ANSWERS and TIME TO BRING THIS BEAUTIFUL YOUNG WOMAN HOME!

Was PB alive when DB left for work?
Why didn't BPD offer to give DB a poly through their own experts when she offered to take one through the PI?

On what basis did BPD decide a poly was not necessary for DB and by what means did they clear her - if she is in fact officially cleared?

Why hasn't BPD stated KB is officially cleared?

I too hope BPD releases names and pictures. This is getting beyond ridiculous. Could it be because it took what a week for LE to become convinced PB wasn't a runaway we have a Keystone cops factor to this investigation?

I'm very discouraged by today's lack of finding PB and abbreviated search. This must end!

Somehow, I'm not suprised that yet another inconsistency has been unveiled, in terms of the events of the 28th.

There is calucation in this madness.

Should JS file a wrongful death civil lawsuit, I know of a few more names that should be added.

This "circle of lies" must be broken.

I do think she must have plenty of suspicions at the very least and may have not made clear everything that took place in that apartment. Do we know for sure that no one spoke to Phylicia on the phone on that day? That couldn't be a reporting error? Which sister claimed to have talked to her, or was that mis-reported earlier? So confusing...

I'm wondering if kb will be the one to blow this whole situation wide open, if she knows more than what has been made public. When was her comment posted?

I hope not too because anyone participating in a cover up is open to being charged with accesory after the fact. And that could be accesory after the fact to numerous charges.

Info fed by MJ to DB and the Barnes family aside..

It's concerning DB's account of her communication with MJ the day PB went missing can not be reconciled.

It's concerning KB can not remember if she was last at DB's the night prior to PB going missing or two nights prior to PB going missing.

What is up with that? Very very hinky!

Optimism remains high that this will come to a positive conclusion.
Search went from 8 am to 5 pm at the park. So they did put in a full day.

Today I talked to my child that's in their 20's about this case. I explained what has been told.

My family member said that it sound like DB may have been smoking and drinking with the crew and probably can't even remember exactly what happened because DB was probably zoned out herself. So, now DB is trying hard to remember exactly what happened.

I still remember that KB posted a comment on the 27th of Dec (if I'm correct). It would be nice if someone could get hold to that comment and send it to someone they can trust through mail.

This new information does mean that we have to start from day one as in motive, time-line and all; but we still have the same people. Someone posted a comment here and said, the plot thickens. Wow. The crew that abducted PB is refusing to give over control. They want to lead this all the way through. I think some changes need to be made in how this case is being approached. Maybe the angle of the approach is slightly off. I hope PB wasn't given permission to go hang out late night on the 27th. Seem like everybody ELSE was having fun and hanging out and if that's the case, why wouldn't PB want to hang out. They keep saying PB's scent stopped at the front door of the apt building or in the parking lot.

I know some type of party or get together happened somewhere on the 27th. Just need to find out where. I'm saying, was the party really at the apt. (they love to take pics). Why didn't anyone take pics that night. I need to see if PB knew the female that one of MJ's family member was hanging out with the night of the 27th and early morning of the 28th. I know she doesn't live far from either the apt or another place where lil G lives. I seen her tweet to lil G something like, I see you down there or either up there and he said I (see) you too. So many people in the circle more so have the 28th deleted on fb but the guys boasted hard on the 28th all day longgggg on and off. The tweets finally became a little more relaxed after 10pm on the 28th.
