The Harford Co sheriff previously said he was interrupted by a young male child or teen in the LA case! Or, he said, it definitely would have had an ending like Rachel's.

Answer: he worked some odd jobs and lived a very inexpensive lifestyle

He was also in the Prince George's VA area. He has connections in this area. Ties to known gangs.

In Tulsa he is facing local charges - trespassing, disorderly conduct.

He was hanging out at a business storefront, he was charged for tresspassing by TPD and arrested late last night.

Answer: no specific answer to this yet, but they don't believe anyone else was involved. They may learn more as he "continues to talk" to investigators. As to motive, rape. Hence the charges.
