Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Ramiro Vladimir Palacios, a missing 13-year-old from Silver Spring.

Ramiro was last seen on Thursday, June 8, 2023, around 8 p.m., in the 1700 block of Hampshire Green Lane.

Ramiro is approximately 5-feet, 8-inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. Ramiro has black eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black athletic pants and black Nike sneakers.

Police and family are concerned for his welfare.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Ramiro Vladimir Palacios is asked to call the police non-emergency number at (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line) or the Special Victims Investigations Division at (240) 773-5400. Callers may remain anonymous.
