Baltimore police seek help finding missing man

Raquan Smith, 22, was last seen on Jan. 11, in the 4200 block of Fallstaff Road.

Raquan was wearing a blue sweatshirt, acid wash pants with black, yellow and white Jordan sneakers. He is approximately 6'1" tall and weighs about 260 pounds.
