Reginald Jones, 70, was last seen in Baltimore around 1:45 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 22. He was wearing glasses, a skull cap, black coat and leather loafers at the time and is described as 6 feet 1 inch tall and around 130 pounds. His last known location was the 600 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.
