Send it in as a possible. Worst that could happen is they rule her out as being this Doe.
 
I want to know what these characteristics are that are common in people from southern Japan? Since it says that, without actually describing these remains as actually being of an Asian individual, it makes me think there's some type of anomaly or variant, which is most commonly or notably found in that population. I googled a bit, but I can't really find anything that fits that description.
