Found Safe MD - Samly Keosiphansaeng, 35, Silver Spring, 4 August 2018

On Saturday August 4, at approximately 3:00 p.m., Samly Keosiphansaeng, left his apartment that he shares with family members in the 8900 block of Piney Branch Road in Silver Spring. Family has not heard from him during that time.

Samly Keosiphansaeng functions at an elementary school age level and sometimes is not responsive verbally. He is described as an Asian male, 5′ 7″ tall, and weighing 140 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. At the time that he left he was wearing a dark blue t-shirt, dark blue shorts, and gold and black Nike basketball shoes. He is known to frequent the area surrounding the 7-Eleven near University Boulevard and Piney Branch Road.
