Turner is still waiting for Catherine to provide answers that he knows he may never hear.“She made no threats to Sarah and Jacob,” he says. “If she would have, then she would never have been around them. She wasn’t supposed to be alone around them anyway.”

#MISSING! Today marks 4 years since Jason & Sarah Hoggle were last seen. Jacob was last seen on Sept. 7, 2014 in #Gaithersburg, #Maryland. She was last seen on Sept. 8, 2014 in Clarksburg, MD. Today Jacob is 6 years old and Sarah is 7 years old.

For two years, Turner said he left his doors unlocked, hoping one day the children would walk in. Now, he said the hope of finding them alive has faded.

“She killed my children, and it hurts to say it every time I say it, but logically, that’s the only real conclusion you can come to if you actually look at it,” Turner said.

Father Will Never Give Up Search for Missing Hoggle Children

“Catherine Hoggle is an ill woman, who is sitting in a hospital, who also doesn't have her children, and she is presumed innocent,” said her attorney, David Felsen.

Turner has participated in countless vigils and searches over the years and tried to keep Sarah’s and Jacob’s sweet smiles in the media.
