Found Deceased MD - Stephen Landen, 64, Ellicott City, 29 Oct 2017

Stephen Wells Landen, 64, was last seen at approximately 5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 29. At the time, he was leaving his home in the 3700 block of Chateau Ridge Drive to walk his dog. Landen, who has dementia, was not dressed for the weather. When Landen left home in Ellicott City, police said he was wearing a striped polo shirt that was blue, black and white along with khaki pants, black shoes and a medical bracelet with his information on it. Landen is considered a critically missing person.
