"The Washington County Sheriff's Office is searching for a missing 18-year-old who was last seen at the Cedar Ridge Children's Home.


Taylor Dae’shaw Evans was last seen at the home on Oct. 26 at approximately 10 p.m.

Police said it is believed Evans was picked up by three individuals in a silver Range Rover with unknown Maryland registration plates."
