A Maryland woman was stabbed with a syringe filled with semen, cops said Friday. Thomas Byron Stemen, 51, was arrested by Anne Arundel Police on Tuesday after a woman reported that she was assaulted while grocery shopping on Feb. 18, cops said in a press release.
