Queen Anne’s County Office of the Sheriff

INCIDENT: Missing Person
DATE/TIME: 07/26/18 at approximately 11:22 pm
LOCATION: 100 Block of Fox Run Lane in Stevensville, Md
VICTIM: Thomas Gawne, 60yo male from Stevensville, Md
DETAILS: Deputy First Class (DFC) Pack responded to the 100 Block of Fox Run Lane for a missing person report. The missing person was identified as Thomas Gawne. Gawne’s daughter advised DFC Pack that she had not seen or heard from Gawne and she was concerned for his welfare. After obtaining information on Gawne, DFC Pack entered the subject into the national database for missing persons. Gawne is described as a white male, 5’2”, weighing approximately 100lbs. He has brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen operating a blue 2018 Chevy Camaro with a temporary Maryland registration plate. If anyone has any information, please contact the Queen Anne’s County Office of the Sheriff at 410-758-0770.

Maryland Center for Missing and Unidentified Persons (MCMUP)
Looks like that comment was removed. Or, at least, I am not seeing it. So, he may still be missing. He is an awfully small man and driving a car that would stand out. Seems like he just got the car (paper tags). Could he have been testing out the horsepower and had an accident? Or, someone else like his car? Hoping he is found safe and sound!
