The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public's help finding a missing Gaithersburg man.
Todd Hart, 34, was last seen by family at about 3 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9. Police said he was leaving his Marsh Hawk Lane home in his 2015 white Honda CRV with Pennsylvania tag: KNL7469.
Investigators describe Hart as a 5-foot-10, 200-pound male with brown eyes and black hair. Police and family are concerned for his physical and emotional wellbeing.
