Missing man, woman last seen leaving home in Arnold
HELP FIND | Elderly couple from Anne Arundel County reported missing
Police say 79-year-old Vincent Howley and 81-year-old Rosalie Howley may be in need of assistance.
They were last seen at their residence in Arnold on February 9th and may be driving a silver Subaru Forester with South Carolina registration JCY821. Anyone coming into contact with this couple are asked to call 911.
