IMHO I believe the mother's family has a lot to do this with . . . therefore, I stopped following but am watching NG right now for those who care: nothing new except the father's family friend "blogger" has changed the time line

As usual, NG says whatever is in the top of her head. She keeps saying "now we have reports that the father has failed his LDT." I think he probably did, but I haven't heard any "reports". NG tried to explain the change of stories about who discovered Ayla missing, but she got it mixed up. For that I can't fault her, and at least she is talking about the subject.

Nancy is talking about how there were two children in one bedroom and not a peep from either of them. Talking about TR's stopped LDT. Expert guest points out that we only have TR's version of her LDT.

yes, she embellishes, which overall does noone anyone favors, particularly Ayla and the truth. For example, the bruising on her check turned onto "completly black and blue" implying head to toe

NG went out to talk about how the families are holding out hope that Ayla is alive. Then she questioned a medical expert guest about what evidence could be found if there was a recovery from water at this point. The expert said that a recovery from water would mean that much evidence could still be gained. Now she on to another story.

The American Polygraph Association Standards and Ethics Committee require that the examinee be given the results if requested.

I'm guessing there is more to a report than just lines on a paper. After all, most LE is not trained to interpret those lines any more than someone like JD would be. JD has every right to see the report/results according to the above association. Maybe LE won't tell him exactly what he is being truthful/deceptive about, maybe they only gave him a simple pass/fail. ? Just my thoughts....

I know someone who took a polygraph and afterwards we got a summary stating the specific questions that were asked regarding the reason for the test (there were three) and what the results were for those questions.

Maybe AH is JD's confidante. Like he calls her up every day, maybe even two or three times a day if people are being mean to him. She tries to soothe his hurt feelings. Nah.
But I am getting po'd because she has said some very unflattering things about us critics who "hover like vultures" (my dirty-bird words) and pick apart every sentence. So we are pickers, that's not a bad thing, it indicates that we have above-average intelligence and all we want is the truth. Just the truth, no embellishments.
She started it, describing in detail as if she had been there, Justin charging up those cellar stairs and busting through the gate when whoever it was told him whatever. Time to bring out my Crackerjacks magnifying glass and study the clues for evidence. Now, where is that darn gate that started all the "say what's".
