My Tee Mouse said:
I see the "press release" on ayla's page, but I don't see a MSM link to this release? Where did this information come from? Am I just missing the MSM link (entirely possible...the music was so loud on the page that it made my eyes cross).

The newspaper is taking it from the website, where it was released by the Reynolds family, I presume.

Ayla’s mother, Trista Reynolds, took a polygraph exam Jan. 18, according to the Associated Press. Reynolds was told by the test administrator that she couldn’t complete the exam due to an undisclosed medical condition.

Reynolds said she would be willing to complete the test after treatment by a doctor, but she said that investigators were content with the results of the incomplete test.

The only problem I have with that scenario is that it would require the cooperation of at least 4 people. I can't even get the 4 people in my house to agree on what's for dinner, let alone something like this. Also, if it happened like this, why wait for a night when the girlfriend was in the house to report Ayla missing? Wouldn't the "normal night" scenario sound better if there were only family members present? It doesn't really make sense to me, but then again, not much about this case does.

JMO

Agree on the can't get 4 people to agree on what's for dinner.

Like you, I keep going back to the 4 people and can't think all 4 and perhaps Phoebe would have known and been involved in an earlier disappearance.

If something happened within that house, that night and all 4 people are somehow involved or at least aware, I can't understand what is keeping at least one of them from talking.

I hope someone decides to talk soon!

Weird that there's also a JH (TR's stepdad's name) on the sex offender registry as well...I haven't really sleuthed enough to see if it could be a possible match though. NOT making any accusation, just found that odd...

From a JVM transcript 12/20...

MICHELLE SIGONA, INVESTIGATIVE REPORTER: The neighbor on the opposite side of the house, I guess, would be on the backside of the house from where Ayla went missing, did hear a loud noise around 3:30 in the morning. So loud, in fact, that her dog woke up, started barking.

I'm assuming the DPs shed is close to this neighbor's house. (crime taped off at some point) Anyone know more about this neighbor and what they think they heard?

Also, was there another neighbor that heard a vehicle that night? (can't find where I read it/heard it)

In the article today it says Ayla's Uncle Ronnie Reynolds took LDT, in recent weeks we have seen the Grandpa also named Ronnie or Ronald Reynolds on video pleading for Ayla's return. I am confused! Can someone help here?

I believe Trista's brother is Ron Reynolds Jr.

“One of Ayla’s favorite things is music,” said Ron Reynolds Jr., Trista’s brother. “Whenever you turn the radio on, she’ll dance.”

I have had a sense that Ayla has been missing for an unknown period of time, prior to December 16th and that missed appointment with the bone specialist. I wonder how long Ayla has been absent from that house. No credible witnesses leads me to believe that the so-called party/get-together was set up for the evening of December 16th to create a diversion of who, what, when, where, and why. Possibly, the noises the neighbor reported hearing late at night may have been caused deliberately.
Us posters get caught up in the scenario, wondering who truthfully was there, and what was going on that night. The desired effect is that aside from LE nobody who wasn’t there knows anything about the time in question . It’s like a huge jigsaw puzzle with the corners and crucial pieces missing. I firmly believe that JDs versions claiming Ayla was abducted during that specific time has little credibility.
I hope that LE has some solid evidence which they are not sharing. I believe that Ayla was not kidnapped, and someone in that house could not produce Ayla as she once was, an adorable toddler, alive and active. Somebody knows more than they are willing to admit.
I don’t think there is much hope in finding her by following JP’s narrowed-down time frame to identify potential areas. Sadly, if Ayla wasn’t there on December 16th, that means the circle in which she was disposed of could be considerably wider, the bodies of water much faster and deeper. It could mean that she won’t be found at all, if ever, unless the discovery is accidental.
I hate to think that Ayla is going to become another unsolved mystery, with a date of birth on a statistical record and little else.
IMHO

Has "Lavanda" been identified in MSM as a "victim's advocate?" How is anyone to know this for a fact if such a role has not been disclosed in MSM--or by a WS moderator?

Yes. We've been identified. Check profile please.

No. That is not the SD.

Ronald Reynolds is a very common name. I would be shocked if there weren't any RSOs with a name as common as this one.

There are a lot of names here in New England that are common. I'm originally from the midwest so it is kind of funny when I say my name I get all kinds of "are you related to so and so?" lol....just a lot of people with same last names.

I just have to pipe in...there is no way that baby was sold to drug dealers...Yes there is quite a prescription drug problem in Maine, but this is still a very small place...even all the drug dealers know who's who. No one could get away with it. JMO MOO. I think it is most likely the most obvious thing unfortunately...abuse leading to death...and a tiny person easy to dispose of. Like I said previously, the Kennebec River is powerful. So so sad...but hopefully someone will give up the truth eventually. MOO

I just do not want to accept this scenario, but you are probably right.

I sadly agree with you, and I have thought the same thing from the moment I learned about her broken arm.

there is a recent crime from somewhere outside the u.s. where a mother slammed her child against the wall for not falling asleep. The child did not die immediately. She was coherent and "fine" and went to bed after the punishment. The next morning when dad went to wake her, she was dead (with the smallest trickle of blood oozing from her ear). The father helped dispose of the crime scene and helped stage a kidnapping before breaking down and confessing months later-----

I totally agree with your theory here ... and I do believe that she was missing BEFORE Dec 16 ...

:(:(:(

I hope one of these adults that is involved, because I think they do know, finds their conscience! I don't know how these people that aren't the perp manage to cover-up, but we know that it happens. I just don't understand it. I do think this might have something to do with the drug bust of the gf's sister. I don't think it's a direct link. . .but it's the reason that nobody has come forward yet. MOO
