According to AB (Trista's BF) Trista found out about the blood evidence 1/2 to an hour before the vigil. She (AB) believes that the cops weren't even going to tell Trista about the blood but it was leaked to the press.

Her friend says Trista was trying to keep the focus on Ayla and didn't want to get into it with JD at the vigil...hopes he will talk to her.

LOL JVM just issued an invitation to JD and anyone else that was in that house to come on her show, she wants to talk to them. Like that is going to happen.

Many of us said it yesterday, we won't be hearing from the family again. Maybe some sort of distraction from their lawyers, at some point, to try to bring the case back toward the "mysterious kidnapper", but not from the family.

Asking because trying to figure out if JD would have anything on her, or how street smart she is to garner an Idea if LE can crack her soon.

So JVM has not seen or heard the reports from today about the bloood splatter? Her male guest (didn't get his name) said that it is not clear if the blood was a small amount from a cut or small wound. I'd say the words blood splatter tell us that it is NOT from a small cut or wound.

I hope so. And I do not say that lightly. Losing one's job, especially in this economy is one of the worst things that can happen to an older employee. But she has been lying from day one, and she needs to feel the pressure, imo.

Not intending to sound rude, but is there ever anything worthwhile that comes out on those Velez/Grace type shows. They never have as much as we have here, and the guests are pretty worthless as well. MOO

I'm thinking that either JD is a fantastic BS'er or the woman in charge of it is not a great judge of character. She was on JVM and said that to her JD sounded sincere in wanting help from her orginization about getting info out about Ayla.

I question if the leak was really a leak in the truest sense of the word.

Wouln't be the first time LE intentionally let the press get hold of a juicy tidbit to apply pressure when at an impasse.

For people who do not read at WS, which is the vast majority of people, then they would be learning something new. If these shows just focused on the details that we are wondering about, the general audience would be lost. imo

I am beyond sickened. Although not surprised at all. To hear "blood spatter" and "evidence of clean up" brings visions of poor precious little Zahra Baker and poor precious little Aliahna Lemmon. My mind cannot go there yet, but the possibility exists. I choose to think of a nose bleed or a fall down the steps, but know deep down that those scenarios are probably not part of this case. I only hope her little body is found in a river somewhere (*complete), or uncovered in the woods near her home. No, I take that back. I will leave out the word "home" because the word home denotes shelter, refuge, retreat, asylum - all things that this "house" never was.

"Blood splatter" seems to imply that someone was struck hard with something. You wouldn't have to strike a small child very hard to make their face or nose bleed. A fall is possible if they hit their face on the edge of something like a hard stair or a table - wonder if there was a glass table somewhere in the room? I wonder if there were any sharp objects like tools or other things laying around?

But whatever happened, it is sounding more and more like this was from some type of violent act. :furious:

And Vear is a "friend of Justin's brother, Lance" ... and/or Vear is a "friend of the DiPietro's" ...

I am going to "guess" MAYBE it WAS BV ... I have bee trying to figure his "connection" to the D's out and WHY he knew this info when the house was under LE's control -- had to come from someone in the DiPietro home ... moo ... :waitasec:

Vear said he was first made aware of the blood sample Dec. 24, but he doesn't think it'll amount to anything.

Now WHY would Vear know about the blood in the home since Dec 24 -- from the D's ?
