That is what I used to think, but then we have Phylicia Barnes, Haleigh Cummings and others, where more than one person probably knows what happened...

I don't know about the Barnes case, but, in the Cummings case, I believe only 2 know what happened & they are/were "in love" & probably in it together (one covered up for the other, possibly).

I don't think JD is going to come clean either. I think LE has more than the blood evidence. I keeping wondering about the state attorneys visiting the home. I wonder if LE had enough evidence after the two week search to get warrants for monitoring cell phones or maybe putting a gps on the vehicles they searched and returned. All MOO

BBM: I agree ... they must have more ... and they have 3 people who are keeping their lips sealed : :furious:

See snippet below : http://www.onlinesentinel.com/Polic...issing-toddler-.html?searchterm=ayla+reynolds

Hundreds of pieces of potential evidence were taken and are a top priority of the crime lab,” McCausland said. “We have answers to some, and the work continues.”

The CSI Team spent appx 2 weeks searching the home and the "shed" and JMO, they must have more than "blood evidence" ...

Two of the State's AG's paid a "visit" to the home while it was under LE's control ... while this may be "routine" -- I think they wanted the SA's to get everything lined up for an arrest and prosecution .. moo ...

:waitasec: I was wondering if they found evidence of an obvious attempt of a "clean-up" to get rid of the blood evidence -- places where bleach or other cleaners were recently used to get rid of blood ...

:waitasec: Maybe "someone" went out at 3:00 am in the morning to get some "Oxyclean" or more bleach ... :waitasec:

MOO ...

I agree...I don't think the blood alone will be enough for an arrest, unless it turns out to be an enormous amount showing she could not have survived. But even then, who to charge?

This is one of those times that I think they all should be brought in at same time and interrogated. One of them must know that if they come forward NOW they can more than probably have immunity....however, if they all "stick to their guns" somewhere, some moment...it's all going to crash and they will all be charged.

If baby Ayla died in an accident, why didn't the adults call 911?
Were they 'high', was it there fault?
Needless to say WHY would you just throw your baby away?
WHERE IS PRECIOUS BABY AYLA????
WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER?

  • #207
They didn't know all along whose blood it was. Those tests take time.

Yes. They knew shortly after whose blood. They told JD and his family. JD claimed Ayla cut her foot in the basement and that is where the blood came from. JD stormed out of the LE office went home and probably told family who in turn probably told AH who in turn is who I believe told BV...or BV may have found out from Lance. That part is unclear. What is clear is that nobody told TR...and she only learned right before the Bubble event on Saturday:(

Thus far what we know has happened in the home over a period of 4 months:

1. Bruising on face; JD stated from Chuckie Cheese ball pit - of which no ball pit exists. (photos taken by TR)

2. Sprained Leg; JD stated from rough-housing. (of which took 3 weeks before baby could walk normally again. Documentation by TR)

*Those above 2 events had mom re-evaluate letting Ayla go to dad while mom received alcohol treatment. So she placed child in care of her mom/sister. She did not place child with JD. Instead, JD went and took her from grandma/aunt because DHHS said he "trumps" them. PD is related by marriage to a caseworker at DHHS; hence is why TR feels it was processed so easily.

3. Broken Arm; JD stated fell up stairs carrying Ayla and groceries. (TR says Ayla is capable of walking on her own no need to have had him carry her. He says raining...that may be why he carried her maybe some mud that he did not want to come into home?)

4. Blood Evidence; confirmed by MSP to be Ayla's. JD states she had a cut on foot (4th injury in home) MSP stated "more than a cut would do"...but did not state amount nor where in basement. (not released to public)

With all said thus far, if baby Ayla suffered an accident in the home...it is possible in their minds they felt nobody would ever believe an accident with the other injuries added...therefore, IF an accident this could be why they did not call 9-1-1...obviously saying the accident was fatal...which in essence would be the 5th time something happened to that baby in that home.

What are the odds? How many 2-year olds suffer 4 injuries in the home, 2 of which are hospital visits, and the 5th an accidental death all in a period of a 16 weeks? If anything, arrest all who lived in that home for either "abuse" or "gross neglect contributing to the injuries of a minor" and see which one talks first for immunity.

I totally agree with you PassionFlower. I have a hard time believing anything JD says, and quite frankly, I think something happened to her a significant amount of time before it was reported. From the start, I have had the feeling that this scenario involves drugs, to some capacity. Something could have happened to this precious child while someone was under the influence, Or perhaps someone failed to report an accident because they were high. Either way, i would love to see all those "adults" held accountable until someone opens their trap! I for one, would be willing to give up a few of my rights...if I knew that it would deter anyone else from harming a child...not to mention....getting away with murder....!! Sorry for the rant, I am just SOOOO angry and frustrated!

I keep thinking of this gate on the stairs and it bothers me. It goes back to when I had a gate on my stairs for my daughter, and I wonder if he used the kind that's meant for a doorway to another room, vs. the screw-in kind for stairs. I just imagine that Ayla got up and wanted her Daddy of course, not wanting to sleep all alone in what was still a strange room. Kids wake up and she maybe got up while they were sleeping and went to the gate. And it's irritating. I am my worst with my daughter when she wakes up in the middle of the night because I myself am so tired. If you're not used to it, I am certain he could also have snapped. But what I was thinking first was, who knows, maybe the gate was not even attached that night. I keep imaging that she fell and they being wasted and him not wanting to further get in trouble after the arm incident, staged a cover up.

I am not certain myself that all parties in that house know exactly what happened. I think the Aunt maybe was sleeping but I bet the girlfriend knows. I do believe they suspect something or there was strange behavior that they aren't telling, but I'm not sure all of them would be so quiet this late in the game. There's too much to lose.

Another theory is that the GF did something, accident or not and who knows what HER custody situation is like. She has a kid, right? And presumably, an ex.

That list of all her injuries and her "fathers" pathetic excuses are horrifying.

IF this was a PROVABLE accident, he would have called the police. If this was accidental and backed up my multiple witness', he would have called the police. jmo

IMO the fathers of these other babies need to file for custody.
