which is key,IMO.I believe they left it open ended because of the grandmother.
Isn't she the one who claimed to witness the father fall on the stairs ,which is how they claim Ayla broke her arm? She led the media to believe she was in the home the night Ayla went missing .
I think she's probably covering for her son,but that's just the cynic in me .I'd like to hear from neighbors ,co-workers and teachers of all the adults ,especially grandma and daddy.

Three adults in the home: JD, CR, AD.

We know PD was not in the home by her own admission.

We don't have any evidence that LD was in the home.

Not to mention AH, BV and who knows who else, who were not in the home Dec. 16. Each of these people may have valuable information for LE...

Great article and I agree with Trista on this!

I understand her frustration and desperation but I'm not so sure she did the right thing and in no way am I saying this to criticize her. Sometimes it's best not to show your cards to the "enemy".

Easy for me to say sitting here typing on my computer. I am not in her shoes and can't imagine what she must be going through.

Right, but this could include PD...she has not been ruled out as knowing what happened to Ayla.

Totally hear you, just wanted to clarify the may. I took it to mean le is leaving room for anyone who has any sort of information, even information they dont understand the import or significance of.

Not splitting hairs, just trying to be clear in that I haven't made up my mind about any PD involvement. For the moment I think she suspects but was not a participant in a death or disposal. I do feel she has been purposefully deceptive after, in her statements.

Who knows how i will feel tomorrow :crazy:

Stephen McClausland on NG. NG is still trying to get him to admit they know there was a clean up, but he is holding firm to saying only that there was blood in the basement and that blood was Ayla's. NG tried to get him into the timeline, asking when was the last time anybody saw her outside those in the household. He would only say there were details he couldn't go into, but they were "going on" the premise that Ayla was in the home that Friday night.

Ayla had been ripped away from her mother, then had her arm broken. I am almost positive she would have been fussy and needy. For very good reasons.

I think if JD had taken Ayla to her appointment, he would have said so when he was busy responding to things said "against" him...

He really hasn't been overly vocal about anything. He hasn't individually responded to things said against him really, just that it was ridiculous (ludicrous?).

I believe that LE is chose to publically go with the last story given by those who claim they were in the DP house on Dec.16th. Otherwise, if LE disputes this, they have to call out the &#8220;party of three&#8221; and be forced to reveal evidence they hold too early. I think that it has been too easy for these three to claim that they spent the night in that house and heard nothing. Perhaps they are telling the truth about not hearing anything because nobody broke in, and Ayla was already out.
If JD didn't take Ayla to the specialist on Dec. 16th because she was no longer alive, the entire timeline surrounding Ayla was changed. The who, what, when and where inquiries have been focused on the 16th & 17th of December. If Ayla was no longer alive at that time, a time barrier was already in place and blocking key evidence. That barrier could have a considerable impact on the search for Ayla, given someone had more time to travel away from the DP house and more time to scope out a disposal site. More time to disperse and clean up evidence. There may have been a different vehicle used for disposal if Ayla had died in that house. There may have been no need to dig in the dirt, but the greater distance in miles gained could be detrimental to solving this case. I doubt we will hear another word spoken from JD, as PD now has acknowledged they have an attorney to protect their lips from leaking.

I think by discounting the dates of Dec. 16th & 17th, there is a greater possibility of not getting to the truth. The truth is being covered up with lies, but I hope somebody cracks under the strain of pretense.
