Circumstances of Disappearance
Deborah lives in Saco, York County, Maine but posted on Facebook that she was in the Portland, Maine area before her disappearance. Investigators believe Deborah may have been at the Oxford Street Shelter in Portland, Maine but she has not been seen or located. Deborah is said to have "mental health issues" but I have not found any more specifics than that.
