Very sad. This article lists the maternal grandma. If you go to her facebook, it's pretty easy to follow along. Looks like the 3yo has loving grandparents who can hopefully help out.

I think a family member might of contacted LE, that is why they went to the home. I am not sure if drugs were involved but I will say Maine and NH, are having a very hard time with drugs. It is way out of hand, we have multiple people dying daily. I am not even sure how we can return from this. Again not saying that this is the case.
I am sure there is so much more to this story.

I am confused... I really thought this was a baby that was older, because her pic on FB was of a tiny baby. Turns out it was her daughter. Did no one know she was pregnant?? Never once did she mention it on fb.

I don't think anyone knew. If you look back on her fb there are pictures of her at a concert in November. She would have been 7 months or so then. She doesn't look pregnant.
