I'm baffled on why people were not watching his house and already there before now to ensure he didn't return to his house!?? I figured the moment they had his name, they would have been at his house clearing it and setting up a car or two to ensure he didn't try to return there.

I'm watching WMTW local news via livestream and strangely they're not mentioning anything about a presser, shots fired, booms, etc and they just had a reporter live on the scene with the police presence.
