Portland police are looking for a man last seen Friday, May 24.
Peter Higgins, 29, left his home on Brighton Avenue and did not tell anyone where he was going. Higgins left his belongings behind, police said.
Higgins does not work and does not have a car. He sometimes camps and hikes, but police said it is rare for him to be away for this long.
Higgins is described as being white, 5 feet, 10 inches tall with brown hair and blue eyes.
