Detectives seek public's help in locating missing Lincoln County man

LINCOLN COUNTY, N.C. (FOX 46 CHARLOTTE) - The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a missing Lincolnton man.

Riley Ray Higgins, 32, was last seen by his fiance around 7:30 a.m. Monday, April 15 as she was leaving for work. Higgins left his cell phone at the home and did not report for work at a business on Highway 150 west of Lincolnton, deputies said.

Higgins is described as a white male, 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing around 190 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He may be driving his purple 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS with North Carolina plate number FJR-2862.
