Twenty-four years ago, 18-year-old Robert Joyal died after being stabbed during an altercation in Portland.
Authorities have spent years trying to solve his murder, once again putting out a call for information on Monday.
Joyal was with friends at a Denny's on Congress Street when a large fight broke out in the parking lot.
