Today I found it quite interesting on a news video that RC handed a paper (letter,map) over to LE;
on the dock by the river that the dogs went to.
Anyone know more?

She lost custody of those children years ago but yet has not attempted to get custody back. She thought RC had injured Haleigh by hitting her in the face but yet allowed that child to go back home.

In interviews she said the RC had told her if Haleigh had missed anymore school he would be arrested. She had no idea why Haleigh had missed that many days. I as the mom would have demanded answers..if I cared..

During the custody hearing she admitted to missing several dr appointments because she couldn't get out of bed.

Last but not least on her myspace she states "taking care of Chloe and the other brats" That in itself doesn't sound too bad however she has hardly any pictures of Haleigh and Jr but has lots of Chloe.

This thread was about media coverage and GR. I was simply stating that it's sad that now Haleigh is missing she feels it necessary to air out dirty laundry on TV. The focus should be on Haleigh NOT things that happened 3-4 years ago!

R. J. Hart, a local program director there in Putnum County, says they're investigating how RC got custody. He says there may have been some allegations that weren't true. But, he also says he wonders why CS didn't fight more for custody.

Edited to add that they've moved on from this case to another.

Hey, the sleuthers here would have had that done pronto. We have so many sharp posters here working on this case that maybe someone should contact the Sheriff and see if they need some help ~ :crazy: {and IMO}

Now that is interesting, First they took Chad in, then they came and got Ron, he takes them to the dock, and then they take him to police station ....Wonder if he is still there. Thanks for that link!!!!!!

She could have VERY well been concerned before...we have no idea. Just supposition. JMHO

CS probably didnt fight for custody of the children because she was afraid of RON and still is.. She said she was.i wouldnt put it past Ron to threaten CS if she tried to get the children from him. with a gun? maybe? or just a threat in general. he comes across to be abusive to woman and quick tempered. so i'm thinking she was and still is afraid to try and get the children away from him/. just MO < my opinion>

Can you prove it?! We DO NOT KNOW he has a violent temper and I have only seen aggressive attitudes on the part of the bio mom's side. I haven't seen Ronald lift a finger to harm anyone in spite of the ramblings of an upset father who just found his daughter missing.
