"Eyewitness News has learned Casey Anthony might have made up the name of Caylee's so-called nanny, Zenaida Gonzalez, from former classmates' names and the street name for a drug. Investigators are now looking into it because of Eyewitness News' questions.
Casey Anthony said she used to call Zenaida Gonzalez "Zanny," which Eyewitness News found out is also the street name for the anti-anxiety drug Xanax. Eyewitness News has also learned that investigators have asked at least one of her friends questions about Casey and Xanax during a lie detector test.
Eyewitness News has learned that Casey Anthony had apparently asked her ex-fiancé Jesse Grund about Xanax while they were instant-messaging during the time they were engaged. Grund was asked the questions when he was hooked up to a polygraph by the FBI.
Xanax goes by the name "Zanny" on the street, which has some wondering if "Zanny the nanny" was a reference to the drug and not the nickname Casey says she used for the mysterious nanny, Zenaida Gonzalez."

ORLANDO -- More drama in the Caylee Anthony case Thursday morning as George and Cindy Anthony get into an altercation with protesters again.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office was called out to the home in East Orange County twice early Thursday morning.

The first time was around 1 a.m. when the family reported people throwing either rocks or pennies at the house. There was no damage to the house.

Authorities said George Anthony got into a verbal altercation with protesters on the sidewalk.

Deputies broke everything up and then left the scene.

They were then called to the house about an hour later after the family reported someone banging on the garage door.

There was another altercation, but this time it got somewhat physical.

By the time deputies arrived, the protesters had left. So far no arrests have been made.

Yuri breaks his leg

TODAY'S UPDATES:

Lead investigator hospitalized after fall from motorcycle

4:08 p.m. The lead detective investigating the Caylee Anthony case was hospitalized overnight after breaking his leg.

Detective Yuri Melich, the investigator who told a judge in July that he believed Caylee Anthony was likely dead and her mother was the person of interest, was released this morning.

Melich was injured while completing re-certification training for the sheriff's office motors unit, according to a sheriff's spokesman.

Melich's injuries are not life threatening and will not hinder the investigation.

"John Allen is the supervisor and one of the lead investigators on this case who has basically been working side-by-side with Yuri since the beginning," said spokesman Jim Solomons of how the deputy's injuries will affect the case. "We'll miss [Yuri] but the case will continue to move forward."

Solomons anticipated that Melich would take some time off to heal, though the amount of time was unclear.

The Orlando Sentinel is running a story tomorrow about Websleuths.
Written by Bianca Prieto.

This story was suppost to run last month but was bumped. She called today to clarify a few things and said it would run tomorrow.

Bianca emailed me today and said the story is set to run over the weekend. It was suppose to be in today's paper but because of the protester story it was bumped.

Just FYI.

Members of the Guardian Angels appeared outside of the home of missing Caylee Anthony's family after a series of escalating altercations between protesters and the girl's grandparents.

Enough is enough," Guardian Angels Orlando Chaplain "Colorado" said. "When I saw the news of that girl grabbing Mr. Anthony's shirt and trying to pull him out and rocks being thrown against his house (and) people are punching his garage door -- we all have rights. We are American citizens."
